Job description
Full-time position
As a Associate, you will work closely with a project leader and team, focusing primarily on analysis-oriented tasks on well-defined topics. Over time, you will gradually increase your independence and ability to take on larger and more complex tasks, as you build your experience and skill set toward the Senior Associate and Manager levels.
All our employees are expected to become integral members of our team and help drive the company forward. Beyond project-related work, your responsibilities will include internal work in areas such as business development, product development, strategic marketing, team development and/or organizational process development.

You will experience a rapid learning curve, supported by a team committed to your success. Our main office is in Gothenburg, with additional offices in Stockholm, Malmö, and London. We serve clients globally, so traveling should be expected.
The intended start date for the position is August 2027, but this can be discussed based on availability.
Qualifications
- Sc or equivalent in either Engineering or Management/Business/Law, with strong academic performance
- Internship experience within any of our core disciplines (technology, business strategy, Intellectual Property) is viewed favorably
- Demonstrated leadership/project management experience is viewed favorably
Skills and personality profile
- Motivated and committed to achieving excellent results and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
- Enjoys analyzing complex problems and developing clear solutions
- Talented relationship-builder who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally curious and eager to learn new things
- Communicates clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and speaking
