In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated team of management consultant pioneers, focused on building the next big success story in strategy consulting. With 4-6 years of experience from management consulting —preferably within Digital or Tech—you will lead diverse projects and have an immediate impact, contributing on both a tactical and strategic level to deliver solutions for clients across industries. Job description

Full-time position

As a Manager, you will lead client engagements from day one, building relationships, driving projects, and delivering impactful insights and recommendations. Your responsibilities will span project leadership, client management, and team mentoring, as well as direct contributions to Konsert’s growth.

While initial onboarding will require close collaboration with the team in Gothenburg (Sweden), also Stockholm, Malmö, Copenhagen and London are possible locations for the role. Intermittent international travel should be expected as we serve clients globally.

This role offers you the chance to:

Take ownership and manage complex projects for clients across various industries.
Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing strategic contexts, handling complex data sets, and applying insights to guide clients toward impactful solutions.
Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Contribute to broader company initiatives, such as business development, strategic marketing, and team-building efforts.

Qualifications

You should have a strong foundation in technology and business, and a demonstrated ability to manage teams and projects, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to challenges.

4-6 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting.
A solid academic track record with a Master’s degree in engineering, business, or law.
Proven experience managing projects and teams, with demonstrated leadership as a project leader
Ability to handle complex data sets, strong command of PowerPoint and Excel, and excellent communication skills.
