We’re looking for exceptional Associates to join our team in 2027

Are you looking for a career building AI products that shape business strategy?

Konsert Strategy & IP is a boutique management consulting firm specializing in technology-based competitiveness. Our AI Tech team builds the software and AI products that put that strategy into practice for real clients. We are expanding in response to increasing international demand for our services and are seeking exceptional talent to join our team at the Associate level.

If you’re excited about the opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team committed to creating a global impact, we would be delighted to get to know you.

Job description

Full-time position

As an AI Tech Associate, you will work closely with a project leader and team to design and build digital products that drive business impact - work spanning advanced analytics, AI, software engineering, and product development. This is not a separate technical unit: our tech work is fully integrated with our strategy consulting, and you will partner closely with clients to develop and deploy AI-powered tools. One example: a client-facing dashboard that helps an IP team adjust their patent strategy in real time as new filings and competitor data come in. You will start out with scoped pieces of a product and gradually take on larger and more complex builds as your experience and judgment grow.

We offer the opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team committed to improving the way companies invest in and manage technology. You will experience a rapid learning curve, supported by a team committed to your success. Our main office is in Gothenburg, with additional offices in Stockholm, Malmö, and London. We serve clients globally, so traveling should be expected.

The intended start date for the position is August 2027, but this can be discussed based on availability.

Qualifications

  • M.Sc or equivalent in Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, with strong academic performance
  • Project experience that shows you build things and think rigorously – an internship, thesis or coursework project, competition, open-source contribution, or personal project all count
  • Demonstrated leadership/project management experience is viewed favorably

Skills and personality profile

  • Motivated and committed to achieving excellent results and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Enjoys analyzing complex problems and building things that solve them
  • Comfortable working from an incomplete brief, in a fast-paced environment and close to a small team
  • Able to explain technical work clearly to non-technical colleagues and clients
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn new things
  • Communicates clearly in English, both written and spoken

Why Join Konsert?

At Konsert, you will not spend years maintaining one product for one team. You will work across industries and problems building tools that get used immediately by the people who asked for them. You will have real ownership from day one, working closely with senior colleagues and clients rather than deep inside a large engineering organization. As we build out our technology capability, you will help shape not just the products we build but how tech and strategy work together at Konsert.

How to apply?

Please submit your application to career@konsert.com no later than Sunday October 4th. Your application should include:

  • CV
  • Transcripts from university
  • A link to relevant projects, if you have one (GitHub, portfolio, thesis, competition results, or similar) – optional, but a good way to show us what you build

Applications will be reviewed continuously. The recruitment process will consist of several steps, including interviews, verbal and written tests, and reference checks.
