Sebastian is an experienced management consultant and project manager with more than 10 years in the field. He specializes in IP strategy development, execution and performance improvements. He has experience from a wide range of industries including automotive, mining, warehouse automation, packaging and industrial equipment, spanning both service- and product-oriented businesses.

Sebastian’s recent project experience include a CTO-backed IP StratOps initiative at an industrial equipment company refocusing the portfolio on software and AI domains, the design and scaling of new IP StratOps capabilities for a US automation company, and a Patent Services Sourcing strategy for a Nordic multinational targeting increased filing capacity.

Prior to joining Konsert, Sebastian worked as a management consultant in Oslo, Norway, holding roles at both KPMG Advisory and Implement Consulting Group. At KPMG, he worked across private and public sector engagements covering digitalisation, organisational transformation, and market analysis. He subsequently joined Implement Consulting Group, where as a Manager in the strategy team he led business development and growth strategy projects for clients across B2B and B2C industries.

Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with a focus on Intellectual Capital Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, both from Chalmers University of Technology.
