Sam Noble is a Senior Associate at Konsert Strategy & IP. With a background in engineering and entrepreneurship, he supports organisations in developing strategies around technology, intellectual property and matters related to business model innovation.

Sam’s project portfolio ranges from crafting data‑driven services and a digital business framework for a major aerospace & defence OEM to steering the digital‑strategy development and business‑case estimation for a global service provider seeking to diversify its value proposition. He has implemented a redesigned organisation of one of the world’s largest IP departments to meet evolving corporate objectives, and advised senior leadership at an automotive company on IP strategies for M&A, joint ventures and corporate partnerships. Alongside this, he has built an IP risk‑management framework for a multinational technology company entering a competitive hardware market.

Prior to joining Konsert, Sam worked in management consulting at Publicis Sapient and ran his own practice, building experience in business strategy and business model innovation.

Sam holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Business Design and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.
