Jonas Lindgren is Principal at Konsert Strategy & IP and serves as Head of Methodology & Training. As project sponsor for MNC client IP engagements, he leads complex IP strategy-, organisation-, and operational transformation projects across a wide range of industries.

Selected engagements include:

• Directing the organisational change process supporting an IPMS switch at a global industrial, including business case development, process redesign and change management.
• Directing the development of a group-wide AI strategy for a leading player in the IP sector, including designing and implementing an operating model for driving AI adoption and innovation at scale.
• Directing the development of a supplier management strategy for one of the world’s leading patent filers, including a strategic review of the full supplier base for patent services to improve cost, quality and level of service.
• Directing a Group board-level assignment for a Fortune 10 company to globally reorganize its multi-division IP operations to better be able to respond to increased levels of IP risk
• Leading the development of a business-driven corporate IP strategy and its global implementation at an automotive OEM, including major changes in organization, processes and governance

Jonas holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg.
