Principal, Corporate Legal Counsel

Henrik Rosén is a Konsert Principal and General Counsel. His work focuses on collaboration and multinational organization design and governance. His experience includes several years of designing and implementing multilateral development collaborations, as well as developing governance models for complex and decentralized organizations.

Among Henrik’s project experiences are:

  • Ownership and rights management allocation in development partnerships and licensing agreements, resolving rights to both registered and unregistered assets, and negotiating the appropriate rights allocation and agreements;
  • Collaboration design for three large-scale, multi-year, multilateral public-private R&D platforms, creating and implementing the mechanisms for collaborative development, valuation and utilization of results, together with appropriate policy and financing mechanism development;
  • Establishing cross-border collaboration and technology sharing mechanisms for multinationals, addressing the legal issues, tax and transfer pricing concerns, and the incentives for joint development in decentralized organizations; and
  • Multiple policy and governance development engagements, creating holistic governance frameworks for companies in addressing compliance, IP management, mergers & acquisitions, among other concerns.

Henrik has been with Konsert since its founding, and holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with a focus on Intellectual Capital Management, and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Gothenburg.
