George Forsberg

George Forsberg is an Associate at Konsert Strategy & IP, specialising in data-driven analysis, innovation strategy and IP-related insights. He has experience supporting strategic decision-making, IP strategy development and operating model design, with a focus on applying structured analysis to inform complex strategic and organisational questions.
George’s project work includes contributing to the development of a National IP Strategy and an organisational review of a national IP ecosystem. He has supported the development of an AI operating model for a global services company, including process development and creating communication materials for rollout and stakeholder engagement. He has also contributed to a data-driven patent strategy review for a leading digital platform, assessing competitive and litigation trends to support its global positioning.
Prior to joining Konsert, George evaluated raw material pricing fluctuations for a major OEM and proposed an approach to ensure more predictable pricing. He also completed an internship as an assistant asset manager at an energy company, working on a more proactive approach to critical infrastructure maintenance.
George holds a Master of Science in Management and Economics of Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.
