Fredrik is a Manager at Konsert Strategy & IP, specializing in helping companies strengthen their competitive position through business-driven IP strategy and operational execution across a wide range of industries spanning from defence to energy.

His experience includes leading the design and implementation of an IP StratOps function for a client in the machine vision industry, standing up an embedded IP function that integrates strategic IP planning with operational execution to co-create and capture business value. He has also supported the execution of a business-driven IP strategy for a client in the supply chain automation industry, working embedded within the business as part of a dedicated IP-strategic team, and identified and developed data-driven use-cases for operational improvement within a large European aerospace & defense contractor, working closely with business stakeholders to evaluate feasibility and prioritize initiatives. Additionally, Fredrik supported the implementation of a new IP operating model for a European energy company, shaping both the execution of existing strategies and the development of new ones for selected business areas.

In addition to his client work, Fredrik drives the development of Konsert’s AI platform, shaping how the firm applies AI to strengthen consulting delivery and support the future of IP management.

Fredrik has previous experience from technology consulting, banking, and connected service development, and holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Economics of Innovation from Chalmers University of Technology.
