Fabian is an Associate at Konsert Strategy & IP with a background in Data Science and AI. He supports organizations in strategic decision-making through structured analysis and data-driven insights, with experience spanning technology strategy, IP strategy, and AI applications.

Fabian’s project experience includes supporting the development of an improvement roadmap for the IP operating model of a large European automotive solutions supplier. He has also contributed to the development of a digital strategy for a global service provider. In a transaction context, Fabian assisted on a due diligence engagement for a private equity firm, assessing the exposure of current revenue streams to AI-related disruption at a potential acquisition target. Within IP strategy and organization, Fabian supported the reorganization of the IP function at a consumer goods company by analysing the distribution of the IP portfolio across brands and identifying priority focus areas.

Prior to joining Konsert, Fabian completed an internship at an investment firm, where he analysed the Swedish energy market, and conducted his Master’s thesis at a large OEM, developing an AI system using a RAG architecture to support root-cause investigations of engine defects.

Fabian holds a Master of Science in Data Science and AI and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.
