Emil is a Principal at Konsert Strategy & IP with 15 years of experience in IP strategy and performance improvement of IP operations across industries including chemistry, nutrition, IT, telecom, electronics, energy and automotive. He sponsors Konsert’s large client engagements, setting strategic direction, ensuring senior stakeholder alignment, and holding accountability for delivery. He is also part of Konsert’s leadership team, heading one of the consulting teams.

His experience includes sponsoring an executive team-level assignment for a European energy company to establish an IP operating model supporting the client’s clean energy transition, leading a Group board-level assignment for a Fortune 10 company to globally reorganise its IP operations, and co-leading the redesign and implementation of the global IP organisation for a major health and nutrition company.

Prior to joining Konsert, Emil was responsible for managing all IP portfolio aspects at Ascom Wireless Solutions in the telecom industry.

Emil holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with a focus on Intellectual Capital Management, from Chalmers University of Technology.
