Edvin Brogeland is a Senior Associate at Konsert Strategy & IP. With a background in change management consulting and innovation management, he supports clients in navigating IP transformations, building data-driven strategies, and designing future-ready IP organisations.

Edvin’s project experience includes a number of large-scale and complex IP engagements. He has been part of the team managing a full carve-out of the IP organisation at one of Europe’s largest manufacturing companies, mapped over 1,000 intellectual assets at a major Swedish industrial company in connection with a demerger, and manages a high-tech patent portfolio belonging to a joint venture owned by two Fortune 500 companies. He has built data-driven evaluation frameworks for a global defence contractor, supported a media company’s Head of Patents in securing a multi-million-dollar investment from senior leadership, and led the AI use case identification workstream as part of a group-wide Tech & AI strategy for a leading IP sector player.

Prior to joining Konsert, Edvin worked with change management at Accenture and completed his master’s thesis at Swedavia, helping the organisation build a data-driven culture.

Edvin holds a Master of Science in Management and Economics of Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.
