Aniket Rao is a Manager at Konsert Strategy & IP with a background spanning strategy consulting, software engineering, and product management. He brings deep technical expertise to helping global organizations develop IP and technology strategies.

Aniket has led a broad range of engagements for large technology and industrial companies. A selection of this work includes developing a digital IP strategy for a major European industrial company focused on identifying key differentiating factors in their IoT technology development, and designing a technology evolution roadmap for a large equipment manufacturer centered on launching a new product line and assessing its technical feasibility over the coming years. He has also conducted technology asset mappings to support the carve-out of a large European industrial company, led a current-state assessment and improvement roadmap for the IP operating model of a large European automotive solutions supplier, and conducted IP due diligence for a major European robotics company evaluating an acquisition target, surfacing post-acquisition value creation opportunities and key risks.

Aniket holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA specialized in Strategy from HEC Paris.
