JENS BÖRDIN – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jens Bördin is co-founder and CEO of Konsert Strategy & IP AB. He specializes in strategic planning for technology-intensive companies with regard to the leverage of intellectual assets, and the design and development of IP organizations. He has experience including leading C-level strategy projects, multi-year implementation projects and large-scale multilateral projects at and between leading multinational corporations and public research entities.

Mr. Bördin holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ICM) from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg.

RUUD PETERS – BOARD MEMBER AND SENIOR EXPERT

Ruud Peters is member of Konsert Strategy & IP's Board of Directors. Ruud is widely recognized as one of the thought leaders in IP. He created and managed one of the world's leading IP businesses as Chief Intellectual Property Officer of Royal Philips for a period of 15 years. During his time, he developed a business-integrated organization responsible for providing IP-solutions to support Philips’ growth, competitiveness and profitability. After his retirement as Chief Intellectual Property Officer in 2013, he is a strategic advisor to Philips in various strategic and intellectual property projects. 
    
In 2010, Mr. Peters was inducted into the IP Hall of Fame and in 2014 he received a prize for his outstanding achievement to the IP community from Managing IP Magazine. Mr. Petersholds a M.Sc. in Physics from Technical University Delft.

JONAS LINDGREN – DIRECTOR

Jonas Lindgren is Head of Tools, Methodology and Organization at Konsert Strategy & IP and Project Sponsor for strategy, performance improvement and transformationprojects. He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Physics and a M.Sc. in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ICM) from Chalmers University of Technology.

FREDRIK HÖRSTEDT –  CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Fredrik Hörstedt is the Chairman of the Board of Konsert Strategy & IP. He is Vice President at Chalmers University of Technology and has more than 15 years of experience at the academy-industry interface. Mr. Hörstedt holds a Ph.D. in Technology Management from Chalmers University of Technology.


THOMAS HEDBERG - DIRECTOR

Thomas Hedberg is Project Sponsor for strategy, performance improvement and transformation projects. He has previous experience as Vice President Global IPR at Sony Mobile Communications with responsibility for Sony Mobile´s global IPR, which he transformed into a highly efficient and strategic business organization. He has also served as Vice President for the Swedish IP firm Awapatent where he led transformation work with a focus on customer needs, profitability, cooperation and cross-functional sales. Mr. Hedberg holds a M.Sc. from Lund University.

CAROLINE KRENSLER – BOARD MEMBER

Caroline Krensler is member of Konsert Strategy & IP's Board of Directors. She is the Executive Vice President of Vinngroup AB, which she co-founded 2008. Ms. Krensler has more than 20 years’ experience from building rapidly growing service companies. She has been responsible for strategy, business development and investor relations at the technology consultancy Semcon. Ms. Krensler was in 2013 named the Entrepreneur of the Year by the Swedish business magazine Veckans Affärer. She holds a M.Sc. in Finance, Marketing, French from School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg.

HENRIK ROSÉN – SENIOR MANAGER

Henrik Rosén is Project Leader for strategy, performance improvement and transformation projects, focusing on engagements involving research platforms, intellectual property, and utilization of research. He has a Master of Laws in Intellectual Capital Management (ICM) from School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg.

SUSUMU TSUGARU - SENIOR ADVISOR

Susumu Tsugaru is senior advisor at Konsert Strategy & IP for the Japanese Market. He has more than 35 years of experiences in the field of IP, including IP licensing and IP strategy. He was Head of Philips Intellectual Property & Standards Japan for almost 20 years and in the position of Senior Vice President of for more than 10 years. Before joining Philips, he was at Toshiba Corporation for 18 years in positions involving leading and handling IP creation, licensing and litigation. He has deep experiences in establishment and operation of patent pool licenses, including One-Blue/One-Red and DVDFLLC.

ROBIN SPARREFORS – SENIOR MANAGER

Robin Sparrefors is Head of Business Development and Project Leader for strategy, performance improvement and transformation projects. He has previous worked as a Management Consultant in Accenture Strategy’s Innovation & Product Development practice. He holds a M.Sc. in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ICM) from Chalmers University of Technology and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg.

Karin Lersten is Project Leader for strategy, performance improvement and transformation projects. She is a former entrepreneur and co-founder of Tibria, a high tech bio project developing unique techniques for detecting the health status of animals. She holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology and a M.Sc. in Entrepreneurship and Business Design (Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship) from Chalmers University of Technology.
