The Konsert team recently got together at the Swedish coastal resort Marstrand to spend two days away from the office in knowledge-sharing sessions, planning, and team-building. We were surrounded by beautiful seaside scenery and rewarded with perfect weather conditions. Our session topics highlighted our current position in a rapidly changing market environment ranging from applied AI to IP strategy development and innovation management, to our own growth efforts and how to best onboard new talent and competences into our team.
In addition to disseminate knowledge and experience, we also took some time to test our balance and physical core strength with an exciting eFoil ride before relaxing in the spa, followed by a fantastic dinner at the Marstrand Havshotell. Every now and then, a brief change of pace and focus helps us to reenergize the team and gives us an opportunity to appreciate what we are building together.
